Are you looking for an opportunity to challenge your thinking? To find new ways to take ownership of your career and think about development opportunities in a new way? Then, Women in Technology (WIT) peer group might be for you!
WIT events are held virtually, typically around the lunch hour. Our events are open to anyone within CAITC with our primary membership being Women in IT. We have a growing community of allies who support the growth, development, and advocacy of women in IT roles. We are connecting with our membership to make sure that content is timely, relevant, and engaging to our participants.
WIT has worked to create and maintain a thriving community of working professionals. The community provides conference-style presentations and opportunities to participate in small group discussions to think and work differently. Creating opportunities to network, grow and to be challenged in your individual career, but also in ways to help and advocate for others too. WIT provides content that varies across the responsibilities of our roles including, but not limited to discussing goals, career development, technical training and information, individual leadership, mentoring, and intentional networking.
